A New Baby

On January 18, 2006 at 10:23 Leah and Kenny H.s baby boy Kristian Wylie H.  was born. Everybody is doing fine.

Welcome to worship at New Life in Christ Lutheran Church. It is our hope and prayer that as we share in our worship experience together today that God will touch your life with the power of his redeeming love. Please sign the worship registration pad in the pew so that we may have a record of your attendance with us.


The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be celebrated as part of our worship experience today. You are invited to share in this meal that Christ has prepared for us. To receive communion:
    Come to the altar using the center aisle.
    Pick up your individual glass for communion.
    Come to the altar as space allows.
    Return to your pew using the outside aisles.

The Sign-Up Sheets for Worship Assistants are hanging next to the coffee machine in the fellowship hall. Most critical positions to fill are for USHER on February 5, 19 and 26. Acolyte on February 5, 12 and 26 and Children Church Assistants for January 29 and the month of February. Thanks for signing-up and helping with our worship.

The 2006 Flower Chart is hanging on the bulletin board in the fellowship hall. The cost for Sunday worship flowers is $ 25.00. Critical Dates to fill are February 5, 19 and 26. Thank you for your support.

Bon Appetit is planning to attend a dinner theatre on Feb 11, 2006 in Waxahachie. The show is the "Fantastics”, a singing and dancing group. Ticket cost is $18 per person. Please sign up ASAP (sign-up sheet is hanging on the bulletin board in the fellowship hall) and talk to Judy Strickland or Carrots Wroten about payment. This has always been a fun evening!!!! Please join us for an early Valentine celebration!!!!
Please pick up your 2005 tax contribution envelopes. They are on the table in the fellowship hall.
